I'm working on a long write-up for our healing session this morning, and will probably livestream on it later too.

This is just a small note to share about some of the essential tools that I feel we need to be leaning on in these very testing times of spiritual and psychological warfare (invisible to the naked eye, but undeniably there).

Yesterday I felt so so inexplicably low, I just couldn't work out what was wrong with me. I assumed for most of the day that it was possibly just a symptom of the current spiritual process, and then realised by the evening "no, this is not mine". What happened is that yesterday our Taoiseach in Ireland announced on the news (which I didn't see, somebody told me about it) that the gov are "thinking" of keeping this full lockdown going for another 2 months - which essentially means they're priming people to announce that is exactly what they're going to do. This is a mass mind-emotional control program, a thick, dense matrix, that another layer of was laid down yesterday. I felt it but because I don't watch the news, didn't fully grasp what it was until later in the day.

Immediately I went and applied a whole lot of Fragrance Alchemy oils - most importantly - Flight of the Falcon on the top of the head, and was instantly lifted out of this horrible layer of nightmarish reality.
