Brilliant reminder of this older material from Almine on the Original Ones blog today! This one may be a little bit esoteric for those not familiar with background context, but it's an incredible concept to grasp if you can!

Practically: this relates to the "body issues" many of us have been exploring over the last year and how they ultimately go away when we release the illusion of light and matter being separate, and stop believing the tyranny of the "secondary creations" of frequency (as emotion) and energy, which keep us locked in repetitive loops. If we can just remember/choose to be done with the illusion and wake up from the dream of matter and light being separate, miracles of healing can happen (where healing is just "the remembrance of Oneness" ).

For background context too, this is always why in Belvaspata we work directly with light and any kind of energy work is temporary at best and always incomplete (since energy in an external creation and just keeps going round and round in circles).
